From roaring V12 engines and rare supercars to a Sound-Off competition, this year’s gathering at Stansted House delivered plenty of unforgettable moments. We also had the chance to meet fascinating owners, hear the stories behind their vehicles and capture some memorable moments along the way. Check out the video we put together from the event below for supercar highlights, then read on for a closer look at the cars, the competition and the people who made the day so special.
Supercars, Sound-offs and Unforgettable Encounters
From the unmistakable presence of the Lamborghini Aventador to the elegant Maserati MC20 Cielo, the event showcased an impressive collection of automotive excellence. Countless Ferraris drew attention from the crowds, while one particularly rare vehicle stood out from the rest – an Ultima Spyder. We were surprised to hear it was built by a father and son in 1998. This unique machine is no longer in production, making it a true collector’s piece and an interesting part of the day’s lineup.

One of the day’s highlights was the highly anticipated “Sound-Off” competition, where each car’s exhaust note was measured using a professional decibel meter. As engines roared to life, spectators gathered to witness which machine would claim the title of loudest car at the event.
The loudest car of the show
When the moment of truth arrived, the Lamborghini Aventador didn’t just win the Sound-Off competition — it completely stole the show. The sound was hot, exhilarating and unbelievably loud, echoing across the grounds of Stansted House and leaving spectators grinning from ear to ear. In fact, the Aventador’s overwhelmed the decibel meter and melted the screen becoming one of the most talked-about moments of the day.
Unsurprisingly, it secured the highest reading of the competition and claimed the title of loudest car on display – 2nd year in the row.
The excitement didn’t end there. We also had the opportunity to meet the Aventador’s owner, the founder of Supercars of Sunningdale, and learn more about the car behind the unforgettable soundtrack. Adding to the experience, Sylwia, founder of Novatech Culture, had the chance to step inside the stunning supercar and capture a memorable photograph before the competition got underway.
Events like these are about much more than incredible cars. They bring together passionate owners, enthusiasts, and businesses, creating a unique atmosphere where stories, experiences, and a shared love of automotive engineering take centre stage.
